CardsGame support
Get help with CardsGame, the recreational Indian 13-card rummy game for iPhone and iPad. CardsGame is operated by Cloudeffic Ltd.
Include your app version, device model and a short description of what happened. Do not send your password, session token, invitation code or another player's private cards. A screenshot is optional; hide private details first.
Start playing
Choose Play on this device for practice with bots or pass-and-play. For online games, one player creates a table and shares a fresh invitation; the host approves guests before dealing. Accounts are optional.
Nearby games
Nearby play uses Bluetooth and one coordinating device. Keep the host's app in the foreground. If a connection is interrupted, resume the saved nearby table on the same host. A lost host cannot be replaced automatically.
Turn alerts
For online play, Turn alerts in Settings can notify you when your turn begins while the app is backgrounded or your phone is locked. Enable them explicitly when available. The preview says only Your turn; it contains no player names or cards. Apple delivery, Focus and device notification settings can delay or suppress an alert. Nearby and local games do not provide locked-phone turn alerts. Tapping an alert opens the current authorised table with the private hand covered.
Privacy and deletion
Open Settings to read the privacy policy or choose Delete account / Delete guest profile. Finish or withdraw an active Show before deleting. Deletion is permanent; recreational points have no cash value.
